Highly Recommended Fabulous ☺BRM is just what we need to make online rental bookings easy for our customers. They can see everything they need to see at a glance and going through the rental booking process is intuitive. The back of the house operation is intuitive and powerful as well. ☹There is some confusion about "capacity" and individual items. It is not 100% perfect. We come across an issue or bug or limitation from time to time but make sure we communicate it with our customer support person, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], so we can resolve it asap.

Best out there 100% commitment. They solve problems and everything works! ☺Easy to understand, not to complex! I managed to be online up and running in 1 day! ☹The user interface can be more "adaptive" when you resize windows some buttons can be hidden.

The Obvious Choice! efficient and appropriately priced! ☺We sampled, tested and immersed ourselves in all systems we could find for bike rental. BRM was the obvious choice and on the occasions we needed assistance - the online help facility and personal help was exceptional! My confidence in our new venture is supported by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the BRM system! I can not be more positive! The future is bright! ☹It just works! There is nothing more to add!

Perfect for our needs! An invaluable asset booking system for our hire fleet, especially during peak season. ☺Easy to understand user interface. Also very easy to swap assets on bookings and customize dates. ☹The removal of the battery system and barcode mode on the maintenance side. We had a completely digitized method of checking bikes and to see what was ready / available which has been removed on the latest overhaul. I hope this feature comes back!

So far, so good. We are very new to Bike Rental Manager, but we are very excited about it. We know other business owners who use and love it, so we are very much looking forward to how much this will help us as a business. ☺Ease of use, organization, lay out, features are not limited to your package, excellent support and follow up. ☹Adding users was easy, but our users did have a difficult time actually resetting passwords and getting logged in the first time.

BRM User The customer service, response times, etc. are amazing - 10/10 ☺It is very customizable, and the learning curve was fairly simple. ☹No real con's... In my business I do not use the software to its full potential. In that, I think sometimes I miss some of the ways to make shortcuts or 100% understand the workings of the software.

Managing Director Great product, great team, wonderful customer service. Highly recommended. ☺We love the ease of use of this software for managing an ever changing and evolving fleet of bikes. ☹There were a few glitches with MAC products but the company has amazing customer service and immediately have always resolved any issue we may have been experiencing.

New Customer Review ☺The product is built to serve a specialist market -- and therefore the designers often know the issues ahead better than new customers. This and the.simplocity of set up have helped a great deal. ☹'d like to see more customer service / communication features like SMS , whatapp or Facebook messenger integration. But I gather it's on the roadmap.
